Le projet de loi aurait été présenté et débattu à la Chambre, serait resté en plan lorsque le gouvernement aurait prorogé la Chambre et mis fin à une session, puis il serait présenté encore une fois, malgré toutes les audiences qui ont eu lieu dans tout le Canada et tous les renseignements que nous avons reçus de groupes différents qui reconnaissent tous l'iniquité de ce projet de loi.
