It strikes me that having FTAs with Canada, for some developing countries, is quite an attractive proposition, given our position within NAFTA, and there may be developing countries that want access to the Canadian market but may be reticent to do a TIEA.
Il me semble que ce serait bien intéressant pour certains pays en développement de conclure des ALE avec le Canada, étant donné notre positionnement par rapport à l'ALENA, et je crois qu'il y a peut-être un certain nombre de pays en développement qui voudraient avoir accès au marché canadien tout en étant réticents à conclure un AERF.
