JADDOO, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Mauritius, Mr João de Deus PINHEIRO, Member of the Commission, Mr Moi AVEI, Minister for Planning of Papua New Guinea and President of the ACP Council of Ministers, Mr Javier SOLANA, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain and President of the Council of the European Union, and Sir Anerood JUGNAUTH, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius.

On Thursday 25 April, HE Sir Anerood Jugnauth, Mauritius's Prime Minister and Minister of Finances, and Mr Marin put their signatures to the National Indicative Programme, drawn up in accordance with the Fourth Lomé Convention. Under its Lomé IV National Indicative Programme, Mauritius will receive aid of ECU 34 million for the period 1991-95, about 650 million rupees at current exchange rates.
Le jeudi 25 avril 1991, Son Excellence Sir Anerood JUGNAUTH, Premier Ministre et Ministre des Finances de l'Ile Maurice, et M. Manuel MARIN, Vice-Président, ont signé le Programme Indicatif National, établi conformément aux dispositions de la Convention de Lomé IV.
