As to whether this amount was agreed upon as being sufficient to fix what was broken with the system, I doubt if you would get people within the government or the health care sector or provincial governments to agree that a certain amount was required to fix the system to make it work properly.
Quant à la question de savoir si ce montant a été considéré comme suffisant pour remédier à ce qui n'allait pas dans le système, je doute fort qu'on puisse trouver au sein du gouvernement fédéral ou du secteur de la santé, ou encore des gouvernements provinciaux, des gens qui puissent s'entendre sur le montant qu'il faudrait investir pour permettre au système de fonctionner convenablement.
