The new Implementing Law provides that judgments of the Tribunal and decisions of the Tribunal adopted in breach of the Constitutional Tribunal Act of 25 June 2015 or the Constitutional Tribunal Act of 22 July 2016 and issued prior to the date of entry into force of the new Law on organisation and proceedings shall be published in the relevant official gazettes after their publication has been ordered by the acting President of the Tribunal, unless they concern regulatory instruments that have ceased to apply.
