The EU informed ECOWAS that the financial agreement will be ready for signature in Abuja very soon and encouraged ECOWAS to proceed as far as possible with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with the planning of the implementation of the project.
L’UE a informé la CEDEAO que l’accord de financement serait prêt à la signature à Abuja très prochainement et a encouragé la CEDEAO à collaborer avec le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (PNUD) pour la planification de l’exécution du projet.
