This is the situation which has been maintained and clearly, sensu contrario , the interpretation must be that neither the Central Bank nor the Council nor, of course, we in the Commission, are in favour of ‘euroisation’ processes which in some cases have been suggested and which, in our view, in no event should allow entry to the euro through the back door or allow countries which do not fulfil the conditions set for all Member States of the European Union to benefit from the advantages of being in the euro legally.
C'est la position qui a été adoptée et, bien évidemment, sensu contrario , il convient d'interpréter que ni la Banque centrale ni le Conseil ni, cela va de soi, la Commission, ne sont favorables à des processus "d'euroisation" qui se sont produits dans certains cas. À nos yeux, il ne faudrait en aucun cas autoriser l'entrée dans l'euro par la mauvaise porte ni accorder les avantages liés à une participation légale à l'euro aux pays qui ne respectent pas les critères établis pour tous les États membres de l'Union européenne.
