This prohibition shall not extend to coaches of category M3 (class III or B) of a technically permissible maximum laden weight exceeding 10 tonnes in which side-facing seats are grouped together at the rear of the vehicle to form an integrated saloon of up to 10 seats.
Cette interdiction ne s'applique pas aux bus de la catégorie M3 (classe III ou B), pour lesquels la technique permet un poids en charge maximum autorisé dépassant 10 tonnes, et dans lesquels les sièges disposés latéralement sont groupés à l'arrière du véhicule, de manière à constituer un salon intégré pouvant accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes.
