Once it is observed that the offers reach 75 % of the quantities referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 6(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 for the respective year, the information referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be communicated each day before 12 noon (Brussels time) for the quantities of butter offered the preceding day.
