34 (1) Lorsqu’un ingrédient aromatisant est ajouté à un produit préemballé qui est un aliment et que cet ingrédient n’est pas tiré de substances naturelles telles que la viande, le poisson, la volaille, les fruits, les légumes, la levure comestible, les fines herbes, les épices, l’écorce, les bourgeons, les racines, les feuilles ou toutes autres matières végétales et que l’étiquette du produit préemballé porte une image qui suggère la saveur alimentaire naturelle simulée par l’ingrédient aromatisant ajouté, l’étiquette doit porter l’indication que l’ingrédient aromatisant est artificiel ou simulé ou est une imitation.
