In order to preserve competition on the markets in French-language publishing in Europe, the rest of the assets, comprising most of the publishing houses, the main distribution centre (Interforum in Malesherbes, France), and the marketing organisations, including La DIL, were to be sold.
Le reste des actifs, à savoir la majeure partie des maisons d’édition ainsi que le principal appareil de distribution (« Interforum » à Malesherbes, France) et les structures de commercialisation (dont la « DIL ») devaient être cédés à un repreneur en vue de préserver la concurrence sur les marchés de l’édition francophone en Europe.
