TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

15. Having regard to the fundamental principles of the 1972 UNESCO Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and the decisions of the World Heritage Committee, the Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict (The Hague, 14 May 1954) at its latest session in Vilnius in 2006, recalls the need to safeguard the sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List and the UNESCO List of World Heritage in Danger in territories affected by current conflicts, with particular reference to the recent development in the Old City of Jerusalem, fully respecting the communities living there and in compliance with international law; in this context welcomes the decision of the Director-General of UNESCO, Koïchiro Matsuura, to send a technical fact-finding mission to the Old City of Jerusalem, and welcomes the report issued by UNESCO on March 12, 2007 at the end of its mission,
15. ayant rappelé les principes fondamentaux de la Convention UNESCO de 1972, concernant la protection du patrimoine mondial, culturel et naturel, la Convention pour la protection des biens culturels en cas de conflit armé (La Haye, 14 mai 1954) ainsi que les décisions du Comité du patrimoine mondial lors de sa dernière session à Vilnius en 2006, rappelle la nécessité de protéger les sites, inscrits sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial et sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial en péril de l'UNESCO, situés sur les territoires intéressés par les conflits actuellement en cours, notamment le développement récent dans la Vieille Ville de Jérusalem, dans le plein respect des communautés résidentes et du droit international; dans ce contexte, accueille avec faveur la décision du Directeur général de l'UNESCO, Koïchiro Matsuura, d'envoyer une mission technique dans la Vieille Ville de Jérusalem, et accueillit le rapport mis à point le 12 mars 2007 par l'UNESCO à l'issue de sa mission,

In internationale context is Peru verplicht tot « het erkennen, het beschermen, het in stand houden, het herstellen en het overdragen aan toekomstige generaties van zijn werelderfgoederen (zie de Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage van de Unesco, aangenomen in Parijs op 16 november 1972).
Sur le plan international, le Pérou est tenu d'assurer « l'identification, la protection, la conservation, la mise en valeur et la transmission aux générations futures des sites de son territoire classés patrimoine mondial (cf. la Convention de l'Unesco pour la protection du patrimoine mondial, culturel et naturel, adoptée à Paris le 16 novembre 1972).

4. stelt de Europese Commissie in dit verband voor om in overeenstemming met paragraaf 17 van Resolutie 2199 van de VN-Veiligheidsraad van 12 februari 2015 een sectoroverschrijdende afdeling op te zetten die de leiding heeft over het voorkomen en bestrijden van de illegale handel in cultuurgoederen die sinds 6 augustus 1990 op illegale wijze zijn weggehaald uit Irak en sinds 15 maart 2011 uit Syrië; stelt tevens voor dat deze afdeling gecoördineerd te werk gaat bij de bestrijding van deze illegale handel en samenwerkt met degenen die op nationaal niveau verantwoordelijk zijn voor de opsporingsdiensten en in nauwe samenwerking met Unesco en andere internationale organisaties, zoals ICOM (International Council of Museums), het International Committee of the Blue Shields (ICBS) van de ICOM, Europol, Interpol, Unidroit (International Institute for the Unification of Private Law), de WCO (World Customs Organization), Icomos (International Council on Monuments and Sites) en ICCROM (International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property);
4. suggère, dans ce contexte, que la Commission envisage la création, conformément au paragraphe 17 de la résolution n° 2199 du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies du 12 février 2015, d'un service transversal chargé de la prévention et de la lutte contre le commerce illicite de biens culturels, doté d'une unité spécialement consacrée aux pièces du patrimoine culturel sorties illégalement d'Iraq depuis le le 6 août 1990 et de Syrie depuis le 15 mars 2011; suggère également que ce service définisse une stratégie coordonnée de lutte contre ce commerce illicite en collaboration avec les responsables nationaux des services d'enquête et en étroite collaboration avec l'Unesco et d'autres organisations internationales comme le Conseil international des musées (ICOM), le comité international du bouclier bleu de l'ICOM (ICBS), Europol, Interpol, l'Institut international pour l'unification du droit privé (Unidroit), l'Organisation mondiale des douanes (OMD), le Conseil international des monuments et des sites (ICOMOS) et le Centre international d'études pour la conservation et la restauration des biens culturels (ICCROM);
