TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Heden loopt een financiering ten belope van 3 miljoen euro voor de financiering van het Ontwikkelingsresultatenkader 2014-2017 van UN Women Afghanistan dat gericht is op bestrijden van geweld tegen vrouwen, economisch en politieke participatie van vrouwen, ondersteuning van pleidooi en coördinatie door UN Women.
Actuellement, un financement de 3 millions d'euros est en cours pour le financement du Cadre de Résultats 2014-2017 d'ONU Femmes Afghanistan et qui vise la lutte contre les violences envers les femmes, la participation économique et politique des femmes, le soutien au plaidoyer et à la coordination d'ONU Femmes.

De twee grootste bijdragen die deel uitmaken van deze totale Belgische hulp, zijn ons engagement voor een bedrag van 3 miljoen euro ter ondersteuning van UN Women in Afghanistan voor de periode 2014-2017 en leningen van de International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) voor de financiering van de Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Funds.
Deux contributions considérables faisant partie de cette aide belge, sont l'engagement de 3 millions d'euros en appui aux activités de UN Women en Afghanistan pour la période de 2014-2017 et des prêts de la International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) pour le financement des Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Funds.

À l'heure actuelle, trois millions d'euros sont consacrés au financement du Cadre de résultats en matière de développement de l'ONU Femmes Afghanistan (période 2014-2017) visant la lutte contre la violence à l'égard des femmes, la participation des femmes à la vie économique et politique et le soutien au plaidoyer et incluant des missions de coordination par l'ONU Femmes.

Op dit niveau zijn sinds de val van de Taliban belangrijke stappen genomen, zoals bijvoorbeeld de ratificatie van het VN-Vrouwenverdrag (CEDAW, Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women) in 2003, en het in mei 2008 aangenomen National Action Plan for the Women of Afghanistan (NAPWA).
À ce niveau, depuis la chute des Talibans, des étapes importantes ont été franchies, comme la ratification, en 2003, de la Convention des Nations unies sur les femmes (CEDAW, Convention sur l'élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination à l'égard des femmes), et l'adoption, en mai 2008, du Plan d'action national pour les femmes afghanes (NAPWA).

Je crois, comme Amnesty, Human Rights et l’Association révolutionnaire des femmes afghanes que le gouvernement s’est dévoyé et que la situation des femmes est pire que jamais.

Naast de acties van het ministerie van Ontwikkelingssamenwerking in Afghanistan, die met name de ondersteuning, gespreid over meerdere jaren, omvat van een UNIFEM-project, met een bedrag van 1.500.000 euro voor het programma van Support to the Ministry of Women's Affairs and to Women's Centers in Afghanistan, worden nog verschillende programma's ten voordele van vrouwen gesteund door het budget van de preventieve diplomatie.
Outre les actions du ministère de la Coopération au développement en Afghanistan, qui comprennent notamment un soutien pluriannuel au projet de l'UNIFEM - un montant de 1.500.000 euros pour le projet Support to the Ministry of Women's Affairs and to Women's Centers in Afghanistan -, plusieurs programmes en faveur des femmes sont également soutenus par le budget de la diplomatie préventive.
