De Commissie heeft de Coal Investments plc (CI) en Waverley Mining Finance plc (WMF) toestemming gegeven voor de verwerving van gemeenschappelijke zeggenschap over Mining Scotland Limited (MSL) en MSL voor de verwerving van Scottish Coal Company (SCC).
La Commission a autorisé Coal Investments plc (CI) et Waverley Mining Finance plc (WMF) à acquérir le contrôle en commun de Mining Scotland Limited (MSL) et elle a autorisé cette dernière à acquérir la Scottish Coal Company (SCC).
