22. Instructs the President of the Assembly to forward this recommendation to the Co-presidency of the « the Barcelona Process : Union for the Mediterranean » and its Secretary General, to the Speaker of parliaments and governments of member countries of « the Barcelona Process : Union for the Mediterranean », to the Euro- Mediterranean ministerial Conference of Foreign affairs, to the Presidency of the European Union, to the European Parliament, to the European Commission, as well as to all the institutions concerned.
22. Charge le Président de l'Assemblée de transmettre la présente recommandation à la Co- présidence du « Processus de Barcelone: Union Pour la Méditerranée » et son Secrétaire Général, aux Présidents des Parlements et aux gouvernements des pays membres au « Processus du Barcelone: Union Pour la Méditerranée », à la Conférence Euro- Méditerranéenne des ministres des Affaires Etrangères, à la Présidence de l'Union Européenne, au Parlement Européen, à la Commission Européenne, et à toutes les institutions concernées.

Concerning the acquis in the area of customs union , there has been some progress since the previous Regular Report, the administrative capacity has been further strengthened and the overall level alignment is high, with exceptions in specific areas.
Concernant l'acquis relatif à l'union douanière, quelques progrès ont été accomplis depuis le dernier rapport régulier, la capacité administrative a encore été renforcée et l'alignement sur l'acquis est généralement bien avancé, sauf dans certains secteurs spécifiques.
