(26) Gestructureerde deposito's maken opgang als beleggingsproduct maar op Unieniveau vallen dergelijke deposito's nog onder geen enkele wetgeving ter bescherming van de beleggers, terwijl voor andere gestructureerde beleggingen wel dergelijke wetgeving geldt.
