Urges the Commission to integrate the gender dimension into every policy as well as into all the EU programmes and projects falling under the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership or the European Neighbourhood Policy with a view to increasing women's participation in every type of activity, in particular by employing affirmative action programmes and the necessary financial and technical resources and by strengthening the procedures for informing and consulting NGOs where women's rights are concerned;
19. insiste pour que la Commission européenne intègre la dimension genre dans toutes les politiques ainsi que dans tous les programmes et projets de l'UE, dans le cadre du Partenariat Euro-Méditerranéen et de la Politique Européenne de Voisinage afin d'accroître la participation des femmes dans tous types d'activités, en ayant recours notamment à des programmes d'action affirmative et des moyens financiers et techniques adéquats, ainsi que le renforcement des procédures d'information et de consultation des ONG en ce qui concerne la dimension des droits des femmes;
