e) stappen worden ondernomen om de internationale dialoog en samenwerking te bevorderen om inzake octrooibescherming van biotechnologische uitvindingen gelijke spelregels met de industrielanden tot stand te brengen, zodat innovaties op dit gebied doeltreffend worden beschermd.
e) des mesures visant à promouvoir le dialogue et la coopération au plan international afin de se trouver à égalité avec les pays industrialisés sur la question de la protection des brevets relatifs aux inventions biotechnologiques, garantissant à l'innovation dans ce domaine un niveau effectif de protection.
