In onderhavig ontwerpbesluit wordt als " driemaandelijks financieel verslag" beschouwd : 1°) een verslag dat inhoudelijk aansluit bij een halfjaarlijks financieel verslag, m.a.w. een verslag bestaande uit verkorte financiële overzichten overeenkomstig IAS 34 (of, indien de emittent geen geconsolideerde jaarrekening moet opstellen, overeenkomstig artikel 13, § 4), een tussentijds jaarverslag en een verklaring van verantwoordelijke personen; 2°) een verslag zoals voorgeschreven door gelijkwaardige marktregels.
Le présent projet d'arrêté considère comme un " rapport financier trimestriel " : 1°) un rapport qui, en termes de contenu, se rapproche d'un rapport financier semestriel, autrement dit un rapport comportant un jeu d'états financiers résumés établi conformément à la norme IAS 34 (ou, si l'émetteur n'est pas tenu d'établir des comptes consolidés, conformément à l'article 13, § 4), un rapport de gestion intermédiaire et une déclaration des personnes responsables; 2°) un rapport tel que prescrit par des règles de marché équivalentes.
