In de post-2015 Ontwikkelingsagenda staat dus uiteraard als doelstelling voor 2030 "to ensure healthy lives and promote well being for all at all ages", waarbij drie streefdoelen rechtstreeks betrekking hebben op seksuele gezondheid: 3.1/ tegen 2030 de moedersterfte wereldwijd te verminderen tot minder dan 70 per 100.000 geboorten; 3.2/ vermijdbare sterfte bij zuigelingen wegwerken 3.7/universele toegang tot seksuele en reproductieve gezondheidszorg waarborgen, met inbegrip van familieplanning, voorlichting en opvoeding rond deze thema's en integratie van de reproductieve gezondheid in de nationale strategieën en programma's.
L'agenda de développement post-2015 reprend donc naturellement "ensure healthy lives and promote well being for all at all ages" comme objectif pour 2030 dont trois cibles concernent directement la santé sexuelle: 3.1/ diminuer de 70 la mortalité maternelle mondiale pour 2030; 3.2/ éliminer les décès évitables du nouveau-né; 3.7/assurer l'accès universel services de soins de santé sexuels et reproductifs y compris la planification familiale, l'information et l'éducation et l'intégration de la santé reproductive dans les stratégies et programmes nationaux.

1. endorses a comprehensive approach to security whereby the political, economic, social, cultural, and environmental conditions in which people live are responsive to human rights and democracy; thereby enabling peoples to contain or avert threats to their lives, livelihoods and human dignity; therefore underlines the urgency of political reform in order to achieve social and economic development, fight against poverty and ensure food security in the Mediterranean; in this context it is important to work for a new partnership policy in the Mediterranean involving a broader support in the future including through the ENP and the UfM, by means of projects and measures to stimulate cooperation, exchange and investment in the region;
1. approuve une approche globale de la sécurité, faisant en sorte que les conditions politiques, économiques, sociales, culturelles et environnementales dans lesquelles vivent les gens soient conformes aux droits de l'homme et à la démocratie et permettant aux peuples de contenir ou d'éviter les menaces pour leur vie, leurs moyens d'existence et la dignité humaine; souligne dès lors l'urgence de réformes politiques en vue d'assurer le développement social et économique et de lutter contre la pauvreté, et de garantir la sécurité alimentaire dans la Méditerranée; estime, dans ce contexte, qu'il est important d'œuvrer à une nouvelle politique de partenariat dans la Méditerranée, comprenant à l'avenir un soutien plus large, y compris au moyen de la PEV et de l'Union pour la Méditerranée, avec des projet et des mesures visant à stimuler la coopération, les échanges et l'investissement dans la région;

Urges public authorities in partner countries to continue their major efforts in the sphere of education so as to ensure that every child, be it a girl or boy, whether living in a rural or urban area, can go to school, enjoy a high standard of education, and complete primary level at least, and that a high proportion of children in any one age group can move on to secondary education; calls on both partner countries and the EU Member States to
15. encourage les autorités publiques des pays partenaires à poursuivre leurs importants efforts en matière d'éducation afin de permettre à chaque enfant, fille ou garçon, vivant en milieu rural ou urbain, d'aller à l'école, de bénéficier d'un enseignement de qualité et au moins d'achever un cycle primaire complet et qu'une partie importante d'une classe d'âge puisse rejoindre le cycle secondaire; invite à cet égard les pays partenaires d'une part et les États membres de l'UE d'autre part à:
