Recalling the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's Edinburgh Declaration which called upon participating States to sign and ratify the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and also the International Labour Organization Convention No. 182, calling for immediate action to ban the worst forms of child labour, including child prostitution and child pornography,
