Like my previous colleague, I think one of the biggest difficulties that should be recognised is that – whilst we all understand the importance of access to justice in a format which is understandable to the person seeking the justice – these new rules cannot be used as a legal mechanism to delay further hearing of important cases, whether it is for deportation under immigration rules or whether it to challenge certain criminal records and so on.
Comme l’orateur précédent, je pense qu’une des plus grandes difficultés qu’il faudrait reconnaître est que – bien que nous comprenions tous l’importance de l’accès à la justice dans un format qui est compréhensible pour la personne qui demande justice – ces nouvelles règles ne peuvent servir de mécanisme juridique pour repousser encore l’audition de cas importants, que cela soit pour une expulsion conformément aux règles en matière d’immigration ou pour contester certains casiers judiciaires et ainsi de suite.
