Als in de begrotingsjaren 2008 tot en met 2013 het bedrag van de theoretische werkingsuitkering van een instelling i, groter is dan het gegarandeerde minimumbedrag, vermeld in § 2, dan ontvangt die instelling het bedrag van de theoretische werkingsuitkering als werkingsuitkering.
Si dans les années budgétaires 2008 à 2013 incluse, le montant de l'allocation de fonctionnement théorique d'une institution i est supérieur au montant minimum garanti visé au § 2, l'institution en question reçoit le montant de l'allocation de fonctionnement théorique comme allocation de fonctionnement.
