To take account of risks brought about by technological developments, the proposal introduces in particular new criminal offences such as grooming, viewing child pornography without downloading files, online sexual abuse or advertising the possibility to abuse children, for example, through Internet forums.
Afin de prendre en considération les risques dus aux développements technologiques, la proposition introduit en particulier de nouvelles infractions pénales comme la séduction malintentionnée d’enfants («grooming»), la consultation de matériel pédopornographique sur des sites web sans téléchargement, les spectacles pornographiques en ligne ou la publicité de la possibilité de commettre une infraction contre des enfants, par exemple à travers des forums de l’internet.
