4. De overeenkomstig lid 2 ingetrokken bijdrage mag niet worden hergebruikt voor een concrete actie waarvoor de correctie is toegepast of, als een financiële correctie voor een systemische onregelmatigheid is toegepast, voor een door de systemische onregelmatigheid getroffen concrete actie.
4. La participation annulée en application du paragraphe 2 ne peut être réutilisée pour aucune opération ayant fait l'objet de la correction, ni, dans le cas d'une correction financière appliquée par suite d'une irrégularité systémique, pour aucune opération concernée par cette irrégularité systémique.
