Deze gezamenlijke actie moet voortbouwen op de onderstaande onderzoeks- en innovatieprojecten, hun uitvoering in de klinische praktijk bevorderen en gebruikmaken van hun resultaten en uitkomsten: CEDAR („Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness”) (34), COPING („Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health”) (35), ENBREC („European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres”), MentDis_ICF65+ („Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation”) (36), REFINEMENT („Financing systems' effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe”), ROAMER („A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe”), SEYLE („Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours”) (37), TICD („Tailored implementation for chronic diseases”) en WE-STAY („Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth”).
Cette action conjointe devrait s’appuyer sur les projets de recherche et d’innovation ci-après, encourager leur prise en compte dans la pratique clinique et exploiter leurs résultats et réalisations: «Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness» (CEDAR) (34), «Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health» (COPING) (35), «European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres» (ENBREC), «Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation» (MentDis_ICF65+) (36), «Financing systems’ effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe» (REFINEMENT), «A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe» (ROAMER), «Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours» (SEYLE) (37), «Tailored implementation for chronic diseases» (TICD) et «Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth» (WE-STAY).

The Treaty of Lisbon has strengthened EU action in the field of judicial and police cooperation in criminal matters, including in combating trafficking in human beings, and the European Parliament, in becoming co-legislator, has a full role to play.
Le traité de Lisbonne a renforcé l’activité de l’UE dans le domaine de la coopération judiciaire et policière en matière pénale, y compris dans la lutte contre la traite des êtres humains, et le Parlement européen, en devenant colégislateur, a un grand rôle à jouer.
