Par arrêté royal du 18 septembre 2017 pris en vertu de la loi du 31 décembre 1851 sur les loteries, autorise la fondation d'utilité publique « Fondation pour Enfants Disparus et Sexuellement Exploités » à Bruxelles à organiser une opération de tombola, dans tout le pays, du 1 juin 2018 au 31 mai 2019 inclus, sous la dénomination « Tombolas Child Focus ».

Artikel 1. De stichting van openbaar nut "Stichting voor Vermiste en Seksueel Uitgebuite Kinderen afgekort CHILD FOCUS", met zetel te 1020 Brussel, Houba de Strooperlaan 292, wordt erkend als organisatie bedoeld in artikel 383bis/1 van het Strafwetboek.
Article 1. La fondation d'utilité publique « Fondation pour Enfants Disparus et Sexuellement Exploités abréviée CHILD FOCUS », dont le siège social se situe à1020 Bruxelles, avenue Houba - de Strooper 292, est agréée comme organisation visée à l'article 383bis/1 du Code pénal.

La campagne « Stop prostitution enfantine» a été lancée pour la première fois en 2004 sous l'impulsion d’ECPAT Belgique et la Cellule Traite des Etres Humains de la Police Fédérale en collaboration avec le Service Public Fédéral (SPF) Affaires étrangères, le SPF Justice - Service de la Politique Criminelle, la Défense, FIT (Fédération de l'Industrie du Tourisme), FEBETRA (Fédération royale belge des Transporteurs et des Prestataires de services logistiques), Plan Belgique, Child Focus, la Fondation Samilia et Now.be.

Artikel 1. In artikel 1 van het koninklijk besluit van 23 februari 2011 voor de toekenning van een toelage van 52.000 EUR aan de stichting Child Focus voor het begrotingsjaar 2011 wordt het eerste lid vervangen als volgt : Een toelage van een bedrag van 52.000 EUR, aan te rekenen op het krediet ingeschreven in artikel 24.57.23.33.00.01 van de Federale Overheidsdienst Sociale Zekerheid, begrotingsjaar 2011, wordt toegekend aan de stichting Child Focus, 1020 Brussel, rekeningnummer 310-1211700-62, voor de periode van 1 maart 2011 tot 31 oktober 2012.
Article 1. Dans l'article 1 de l'arrêté royal du 23 février 2011 portant octroi d'une subvention de 52.000 EUR pour la fondation Child Focus, pour l'année budgétaire 2011, l'alinéa 1 est remplacé par ce qui suit : Une subvention d'un montant de 52.000 EUR à charge de l'allocation de base 24.57.23.33.00.01. du Service public fédéral Sécurité sociale, exercice budgétaire 2011, est accordée à la fondation Child Focus, 1020 Bruxelles, numéro de compte 310-121170-62, pour la période du 1 mars 2011 au 31 octobre 2012.

Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 23 februari 2011 voor de toekenning van een toelage van 52.000 EUR aan de stichting Child Focus voor het begrotingsjaar 2011;

Overwegende dat de stichting Child Focus een bijkomende termijn nodig heeft voor de afwerking van het project " Veiligheid online" voor de Duitstalige Gemeenschap;
Considérant que la fondation Child Focus a besoin d'un délai supplémentaire pour finaliser le projet « Sécurité en ligne » pour la Communauté germanophone;
