FUSIEVERORDENING Alcatel Cable S.A (Alcatel) heeft bij de Commissie een overeenkomst aangemeld waarbij van Northern Telecom Europe Ltd (Northern Telecom) het gehele aandelenkapitaal van STC Limited zal worden aangekocht, waarin Northern Telecom voor de transactie haar gehele bedrijf van onderzeese telecommunicatiesystemen en antennes voor satelliettelevisie zal overbrengen.
REGLEMENT CONCENTRATIONS La société Alcatel Cable SA (Alcatel) a notifié à la Commission l'accord passé avec Northern Telecom Europe Ltd (Northern Telecom) en vue de l'acquisition de la totalité du capital social de STC Limited, à laquelle Northern Telecom transférera avant l'opération toutes ses activités relatives aux systèmes de télécommunications sous-marins et aux antennes de télévision par satellite.
