In de hierboven vermelde "Guidelines on the application of Directive 2008/48/EC" wordt hierover in punt 3.4 (blz. 20-21) het volgende gesteld : If estimated information is used, the consumer shall be made aware of this fact indicating that estimates are expected to be representative of the type of agreement in question (24).
