Mevrouw Zrihen dient het amendement nr. 18 in dat ertoe strekt een nieuw punt H in de considerans toe te voegen dat verwijst naar de IEEP-studie 2010 van C. Bowyer « Anticipated Indirect Land Use Change Associated with Expanded Use of Biofuels and Bioliquids in the EU — An Analysis of the National Renewable Energy Action Plans ».
Mme Zrihen dépose l'amendement nº 18 visant à insérer dans les considérants un point H (nouveau) renvoyant à l'étude IEEP 2010 de C. Bowyer intitulée « Anticipated Indirect Land Use Change Associated with Expanded Use of Biofuels and Bioliquids in the EU — An Analysis of the National Renewable Energy Action Plans ».
