Derhalve verzoek ik deze passage zo te veranderen als wij hem hebben aangenomen. Het mondelinge amendement luidt als volgt: Considers that the Commission should not only take account of the market situation in applying the provisions of competition law to the liberal professions, but must also bear in mind the social aspects and tasks in the public interest.
Je demande par conséquent qu’il soit modifié conformément à ce dont nous avons déjà convenu. L’amendement oral serait donc formulé comme suit: "Considère que la Commission doit non seulement prendre en compte la situation du marché en appliquant aux professions libérales les dispositions du droit de la concurrence, mais aussi ne pas oublier les aspects sociaux et les tâches d’intérêt public.
