De Belgische delegatie heeft deelgenomen aan de volgende nevenactiviteiten: - "ODA and fragile environments: the shift of development finance and assistance in the Post 2015 agenda"; - "Global Partnerships for a Transformative Agenda for the LDCs"; - "Advancing financial inclusion in Africa through digital financial services"; - "Financing development through decent work"; - "Role of science, technology and innovation for achieving sustainable development and supporting the implementation of the Post 2015 development agenda"; - Overleg met de francofonie: welke financiering voor duurzame ontwikkeling?; - "Resource mobilization in countries affected by conflict and fragility - its impact on peace and stability"; - "Dealing with vulture funds in sovereign debt workouts"; - "The role of data standards in mobilizing and monitoring financing for development commitments"; - "International support to Domestic Resource Mobilization - Addis Tax Initiative"; - "Harnessing the data revolution for sustainable development".

12. Takes into account the major role of the parliaments in creation of political climate for conflict prevention and settlement, amongst others by developing democracy and protection of Human Rights, and underlines the need to enhance activities of the OSCE PA and to elaborate respective mechanisms, facilitating prevention of conflicts, peaceful and political management of crises and post conflict rehabilitation and also strengthening of peace and stability in region;
12. Compte tenu du fait que les Parlements contribuent pour une très large part à créer un climat politique propice à la prévention et au règlement des conflits, notamment en développant la démocratie et la protection des droits de l'homme, souligne la nécessité d'intensifier les activités de l'Assemblée parlementaire de l'OSCE et d'élaborer des mécanismes pertinents de nature à faciliter la prévention des conflits, la gestion pacifique et politique des crises et le relèvement après un conflit, ainsi que le renforcement de la paix et de la stabilité dans la région;

3. considers that a new Union for the Mediterranean founded on shared values would serve for the creation of a favourable environment of peace and stability, enabling economic, social and cultural development;

18. dringt er bij de Commissie op aan zonder bijkomend uitstel de operationele richtsnoeren ten uitvoer te leggen die zijn vastgesteld in artikel 10 van de IcSP-verordening (Instrument Contributing to Stability and Peace, instrument voor bijdrage aan stabiliteit en vrede), deze strikt toe te passen op de programma's voor de cocaïne- en de heroineroute en, in geval van niet-naleving van de richtsnoeren en een gebrek aan consistentie ermee, de bedoelde programma's onmiddellijk te onderbreken;
18. demande instamment à la Commission de mettre en œuvre sans délai les orientations opérationnelles définies à l'article 10 du règlement instituant un instrument contribuant à la stabilité et à la paix, d'appliquer ces orientations sans exception aux programmes concernant la route de la cocaïne et la route de l'héroïne et de suspendre immédiatement ces programmes au cas où ils violeraient ces orientations ou ne seraient pas compatibles avec elles;

Het Instrument voor bijdrage aan stabiliteit en vrede (Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace - IcSP) van de EU is ontworpen om crises te voorkomen en daarop te reageren, alsook om een veilige en stabiele omgeving in de hele wereld te creëren.
