Artikel 66. 2 EGKS De onderneming Anglo United (Anglo) die rookloos brandende vaste brandstoffen produceert en over het algemeen vaste brandstoffen wederverkoopt wil het gehele maatschappelijke kapitaal van Coal Products Ltd (CPL), een dochteronderneming van British Coal Corporation (BCC), verwerven.
Article 66. 2 CECA L'entreprise Anglo United (Anglo) qui produit des combustibles solides qui brulent sans dégager des fumées et distribue des combustibles solides en général souhaite acquérir l'intégralité du capital social de Coal Products Ltd (CPL), filiale de la British Coal Corporation (BCC).
