Réponse : La résolution « A New Agenda : accelerating the implementation of disarmament commitments » dresse un appel en faveur de l'universalisation du Traité sur la non-prolifération nucléaire (TNP) ainsi que pour la ratification du Traité d'interdiction complète des essais nucléaires (TICE-CTBT).
