Slovenia will aim to further strengthen the area of stability and prosperity in the EU neighbourhood within the framework of a unified and coherent European Neighbourhood Policy, while taking into consideration the principles of differentiation and individual approach to particular partner states.
La Slovénie œuvrera pour le renforcement de la zone de stabilité et de prospérité autour de l'UE, dans le cadre de la politique européenne de voisinage, en respectant le principe de différentiation et en adoptant une approche individualisée à l'égard de chacun des États partenaires.

Believes that the European Neighbourhood Policy should put greater emphasis on the right to education, through the promotion and issuing of visas for students and teachers, and make it a priority within the framework of its strategic revision, using all technical and financial means to its disposal in order to support ambitious and holistic literacy programmes;
