Compte tenu de ce qui précède, et à la condition suspensive des différents apports de branches d'activité décrits en a), b) et c), l'inscription figurant dans la liste des établissements de crédit agréés en Belgique arrêtée le 31 décembre 1998 (article 13 de la loi du 22 mars 1993) sous le titre « Etablissements de crédit de droit belge » à la rubrique « Banques » sous la dénomination « Bacob, rue de Trèves 25, 1040 Bruxelles » concernera, à partir du 31 mai 1999, la société qui a été constituée le 29 mars 1999 sous la dénomination Bacob New s.c., mais qui aura entre-temps repris la dénomination de la société dont elle reprend la branche d'activité Retail, Social Profit et Entreprises similaires.
