De Europese Commissie heeft haar goedkeuring gehecht aan de verwerving van de uitsluitende zeggenschap door Tate Lyle Plc over Amylum UK Ltd en Amylum Europe NV, België. De ondernemingen stonden voorheen onder de gezamenlijke zeggenschap van Tate en Compagnie Industrielle et Financiere des Produits Amylaces SA (CIP).
La Commission européenne a autorisé Tate Lyle Plc à prendre le contrôle total d'Amylum UK Ltd et d'Amylum Europe NV, Belgique, qui étaient auparavant contrôlées en commun par Tate et la Compagnie Industrielle et Financière des Produits Amylacés SA (CIP).
