De commissie wil de internationale politiesamenwerking centraliseren en tegelijk de opportuniteit en legaliteit ervan waarborgen (zie supra, titel II, 2.6.).
Pour la commission, il convient de centraliser la coopération policière internationale tout en garantissant l'opportunité et la légalité de celle-ci (voir supra , titre II, 2.6.).
