Het bepalen van deze provisies gebeurt in lijn met de International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS regels) en onder controle van de externe auditor.

Op grond van dat besluit hebben de European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), de International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation (de IFRS Foundation), die de rechtsopvolgster van de International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASCF) is, en de Public Interest Oversight Board (PIOB) tot en met 31 december 2013 medefinanciering van de Unie in de vorm van exploitatiesubsidies genoten.
Sur la base de ladite décision, le Groupe consultatif pour l’information financière en Europe (EFRAG), l’International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation (Fondation IFRS), qui est le successeur légal de la Fondation du comité des normes comptables internationales (IASCF), et le Conseil de supervision de l’intérêt public (PIOB) ont bénéficié d’un cofinancement de l’Union sous la forme de subventions de fonctionnement jusqu’au 31 décembre 2013.

3. Als ik de door de OESO gepubliceerde rapportagestandaard voor de automatische inlichtingenuitwisseling van financiële rekeninggegevens op fiscaal gebied (Common Reporting and Due Diligence Standard (CRS) uit de Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information in Tax Matters) goed heb begrepen, werd het multilaterale akkoord tussen de bevoegde autoriteiten (waaronder België) ondertekend op basis van de bestaande wettelijke kaders, maar moet het nog worden omgezet in het nationale recht. Die omzetting is optioneel voor de landen van een regionale politieke organisatie zoals de Europese Unie, middels een instrument zoals een richtlijn en door de akkoorden die de Unie sluit met derde landen, opdat elk land in zijn nationale wetgeving beschikt over een passend normatief kader.
3. Si j'ai correctement lu la norme commune d'échanges de déclaration et de diligence raisonnable en matière d'échange automatique de renseignements relatifs aux comptes financiers rendue publique par l'OCDE, l'accord multilatéral entre les autorités compétentes (auquel la Belgique participe) est signé sur base des cadres juridiques existants mais doit être traduit en droit interne, éventuellement en ce qui concerne les pays d'une organisation politique régionale telle l'Union europénne par le biais d'un instrument comme une directive et par les accords que l'Union conclut avec les pays tiers, ce de manière à ce que chaque pays dispose en droit interne du cadre normatif adéquat.

de autoriteit van het derde land die voor de nationale standaarden voor jaarrekeningen in kwestie verantwoordelijk is, heeft er zich vóór 30 juni 2008 publiekelijk toe verbonden vóór 31 december 2011 op de International Financial Reporting Standards over te gaan en in het betrokken derde land zijn effectieve maatregelen getroffen om tegen die datum snel en volledig op de International Financial Reporting Standards over te stappen, of heeft vóór 31 december 2008 met de EU een overeenkomst inzake wederzijdse erkenning bereikt.
l’autorité du pays tiers responsable des normes comptables nationales en question s’est engagée publiquement, avant le 30 juin 2008, à adopter les normes internationales d’information financière avant le 31 décembre 2011 et le pays tiers a pris des mesures efficaces pour garantir le passage complet aux normes internationales d’information financière avant cette date, ou a conclu un accord de reconnaissance mutuelle avec les États-Unis avant le 31 décembre 2008.
