B. ICRK (International Committee of the Red Cross): De DGD (Directie-Generaal Ontwikkelingssamenwerking) steunt het ICRK via een bijdrage tot de algemene werkingsmiddelen, meer bepaald de jaarlijkse Emergency appeal, en via landenbijdragen.
