De organisatie stelt de studies, rapporten en evaluaties die voortvloeien uit het programma, het project, de bijdrage aan de algemene middelen van de internationale humanitaire organisatie of de bijdrage aan het internationaal humanitair donorfonds ter beschikking van het publiek, zoals bepaald in de subsidieovereenkomst, de kennisgeving van de toekenning van een bijdrage aan de algemene middelen van een internationale humanitaire organisatie of van de toekenning van een bijdrage aan een internationaal humanitair donorfonds, tenzij een dergelijke publiciteit de uitvoering van een neutrale en onpartijdige humanitaire actie in gevaar brengt, of negatieve gevolgen heeft voor de toegang tot slachtoffers of de veiligheid van de organisatie.
