IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

− The Commission proposes to mobilise the European Union Solidarity Fund in favour of Portugal and France under point 26 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 on budgetary discipline and sound financial management (IIA).
– (EN) La Commission propose de mobiliser le Fonds de solidarité de l’Union européenne en faveur du Portugal et de la France, conformément au point 26 de l’accord interinstitutionnel du 17 mai 2006 sur la discipline budgétaire et la bonne gestion financière (AII).

On this aspect, and regarding the mobilisation of the EU Solidarity Fund, the Commission proposes to mobilise the European Union Solidarity Fund in favour of Portugal and France on the basis of point 26 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 on budgetary discipline and sound financial management (IIA).
Ainsi, en vue de la mobilisation du Fonds de solidarité de l’UE, la Commission suggère de faire appel au Fonds de solidarité de l’Union européenne en faveur du Portugal et de la France sur la base du point 26 de l’accord interinstitutionnel du 17 mai 2006 sur la discipline budgétaire et une bonne gestion financière (AII).

What remains is also the adjustment, the transposition of the Lisbon Treaty in the form of the multiannual financial framework and the new interinstitutional agreement.
Il nous reste également l’ajustement, la transposition du traité de Lisbonne sous la forme du cadre financier pluriannuel et du nouvel accord interinstitutionnel.

− Mr President, I welcome, on behalf of the Commission, the fact that Parliament is willing to vote on the 2011 budget, even if not all the elements of the original package – comprising a multiannual financial framework regulation, a new interinstitutional agreement and also financing of ITER – have been finalised.

The amendment adapts the Rules of Procedure to the Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament and the Commission on procedures for implementing Council Decision 1999/468 EC laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission, namely its paragraph 16. , where for the Regulatory procedure with scrutiny it is foreseen that the time-limit for scrutiny by the two branches of the legislature exceptionally starts to run when Parliament receives the final draft implementing measures in the language versions submitted to the members of the comitology- committee and not in all official languages.
