Overeenkomstig het « protocol tot regeling van de samenwerking tussen Child Focus en de gerechtelijke instanties » bestaat er een wederzijdse informatieplicht tussen beide organismen.
Conformément au « protocole réglant la collaboration entre Child Focus et les autorités judiciaires », il existe une obligation d'information réciproque entre les deux organismes.
