Een inrichting die een handeling als bedoeld onder D13-D15 of R12/R13, of een handeling als bedoeld onder D1-D12 of R1-11 in aansluiting op een handeling als bedoeld onder D13-D15 of R12 of R13 verricht in hetzelfde land, hoeft echter de ontvangst van de zending uit de inrichting als bedoeld onder D13-D15 of R12 of R13 niet te bevestigen.
Les installations effectuant, dans le même pays, une opération D13, D14, D15 ou R12/R13, ou une opération D1 à D12 ou R1 à R11 après une opération D13, D14, D15 ou R12/R13, ne sont toutefois pas tenues de certifier la réception de l’envoi en provenance de l'installation ayant réalisé l'opération D13, D14, D15 ou R12/R13 initiale.
