Hierin is meegedeeld dat Silver Lake Group, L.L.C („Silver Lake”, Verenigde Staten) in de zin van artikel 3, lid 1, onder b), van de EG-concentratieverordening de uitsluitende zeggenschap verkrijgt over de gehele onderneming Global Blue Luxembourg Holdings Sàrl („Global Blue”, Luxemburg) door de verwerving van aandelen.
