30. calls on the European Union to take an active role in promoting dialogue between cultures and civilisations in order to bring people closer and encourage integration and to promote programmes for the integration of citizens residing in the EU, providing a greater access to EU funds to civil society groups working on projects that promote the integration of migrants;
30. demande à l'Union européenne de s'impliquer de manière approfondie dans la promotion du dialogue entre les cultures et les civilisations afin de rapprocher les peuples et favoriser les dynamiques d'intégration, et de promouvoir des programmes pour l'intégration des ressortissants résidents dans l'UE et en offrant un plus grand accès aux financements européens aux associations de la société civile travaillant sur des projets en faveur de l'intégration des migrants;

3. recalls that combating of terrorism and fundamentalism as well as the adoption of migration control measures cannot take place to the detriment of civil liberties and fundamental rights and requires taking into account the human, economic and social dimension as well as the respect of human rights and democracy beyond narrow security concerns; reiterates to this end previous calls by the PA UfM for visa facilitation as a means to regulate migration flows and for promoting the protection and integration of legal immigrants;
3. rappelle que la lutte contre le terrorisme et le fondamentalisme ainsi que l'adoption de mesures de contrôle des migrations ne peuvent pas être conduites au détriment des libertés civiles et droits fondamentaux et requièrent la prise en compte de la dimension humaine, économique et sociale ainsi que le respect des droits de l'homme et de la démocratie, au-delà des préoccupations de sécurité au sens strict; répète, à cette fin, les précédents appels de l'assemblée parlementaire de l'Union pour la Méditerranée à faciliter la délivrance des visas de manière à réglementer les flux migratoires et à promouvoir la protection et l'intégration des immigrants légaux;

13. Calls for the gender dimension to be incorporated into association agreements through the inclusion of a special section on the protection of women's rights, and for women's participation in negotiations on such agreements to be regarded as a prerequisite for the balanced implementation of the future free trade area; suggests that the gender dimension could be integrated more fully into political dialogue with partner countries by establishing effective partnerships with public authorities, civil society, academics and international organisations, inter alia, with a view to dialogue on gender equality and development;
13. Demande à intégrer le genre dans les accords d´association, en y introduisant une dimension expresse sur la protection des droits des femmes et à poser leur participation dans le cadre des négociations sur les accords d´association comme une condition essentielle pour une mise en œuvre équilibrée de la future zone de libre échange; suggère d´accroître l´efficacité de l´intégration de la dimension hommes-femmes dans le dialogue politique avec les pays partenaires, en mettant en place des partenariats efficaces avec, notamment, les pouvoirs publics, la société civile, les milieux universitaires et les organisations internationales, pour un dialogue portant sur l´égalité des sexes et le développement;
