Afdeling VIII. - Mededeling van informatie over de situatie van de verzekerings- of herverzekeringsonderneming Art. 95. Rekening houdend met de informatie vereist in artikel 312, § 3, en de beginselen van artikel 312, § 4, publiceren de verzekerings- of herverzekeringsondernemingen jaarlijks een verslag over hun solvabiliteit en financiële positie (Solvency and Financial condition Report of "SFCR" ).
Section VIII. - Communication d'informations sur la situation de l'entreprise d'assurance ou de réassurance Art. 95. Les entreprises d'assurance ou de réassurance publient annuellement, en tenant compte des informations requises à l'article 312, § 3, et des principes énoncés à l'article 312, § 4, un rapport sur leur solvabilité et leur situation financière (Solvency and Financial Condition Report ou "SFCR" ).
