Op grond van de werkzaamheden van het platform in Peking (juni jongstleden) geldt immers het volgende : « Every individual has the right to freely take decisions concerning his/her person, free of correction, discrimination or violence and with full respect for gender equality; every individual has the right to decide freely concerning his/her sexuality, including the right to sexual and reproductive health, free of coercition, violence and gender discrimination».

25. Takes note of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of the Ilascu group and in this context urges that all necessary actions be taken for the immediate release of those two individuals who continue to be illegally detained in the Transdniestrian region;
