„EOR-leerstoelen”: het opzetten van EOR-leerstoelen om vooraanstaande academici aan te trekken voor instellingen met een duidelijk potentieel voor toponderzoek, teneinde deze instellingen te helpen dit potentieel te verwezenlijken en zo een gelijk speelveld te creëren voor onderzoek en innovatie in de Europese onderzoeksruimte.
« Chaires EER»: Instaurer des «chaires EER» pour attirer des universitaires de renom dans des institutions ayant un clair potentiel d'excellence scientifique, afin d'aider ces institutions à libérer pleinement ce potentiel et créer de ce fait des conditions de concurrence égales pour la recherche et l'innovation dans l'Espace européen de la recherche.
