Underlines the need for realization of effective monitoring from the side of the OSCE PA over the implementation of resolutions and decisions of the OSCE PA and necessity of mutual assistance and more close cooperation with the executive branch of the OSCE in the issues of implementation and enforcement of the decisions of the OSCE;

Encourages OSCE participating States, perhaps in collaboration with nongovernmental organizations, to consider creating telephone or Internet hotlines where individuals can anonymously report instances of child pornography encountered on the Internet so that such reports can be investigated by law enforcement;
